I had always done classes via YouTube during lockdown but decided to try Jackie’s class, and I am so so happy that I did. The results I have seen during a short period of time has just been amazing. Jackie is so professional always encouraging us you can see fitness and wellbeing is her passion and she loves to share that with others. During her online class she will show you a set of exercise and then she will watch everyone’s form and correct each person in the class if they need to be. This I have to say has been the most helpful part of the training she really cares and wants everyone’s form to be 100% so we can improve and see results, it’s amazing to me how just slightly adjusting something with my form has made me come on leaps and bounds. I have even been to gyms and done Bodypump classes and not had the same attention given to me during the class. This is something I truly value. Jackie's online weights classes are a Godsend I do not know what I would do without them. She has helped me maintain my training throughout lockdown and has kept me motivated. Jackie isn't just a figure on the screen giving out instructions she's there on your TV demonstrating all the exercises and adjusting the exercise to what equipment you have lying around the house. Jackie ensures everyone's form is correct and will take the time to show us and explain to us why it is so important. Her love and passion for exercising shines through which is contagious, she is the only person to get me out of bed on a Saturday morning! I am so very grateful for these classes and will continue to attend them online or in the studio when we are allowed back.

I have been doing Jackie's fitness classes for over 2 years and also have the pleasure of her as my Personal Trainer currently for 19 months. Jackie's classes include powerpump, circuits and body conditioning. In each of these classes you are pushed and encouraged to achieve your best in a motivated and fun environment. I have been attending Jackie's classes at Bettergym Romford for over two years now and I love them all! Each week during the circuits class I feel myself getting fitter! I can do more burpees then ever, I'm actually starting to like them! Jackie's power pump class is brilliantly varied she loves adding different exercises into the routines to keep us on our toes! Shes great at encouraging us to do our best and "get nice arms for summer" I always leave the class feeling so strong. Seeing my muscle definition in the mirror keeps me coming back week after week. I have been training with Jackie for almost 9 months now in her fitness classes and am almost half way through my personal training sessions. Jackie is a great PT that knows how to bring out the best in me in a fun and challenging way. Since training with Jackie I have gained muscle mass, have noticed definition in areas such as my glutes/abdominals and can run faster than I ever did before on a treadmill. I have been attending Jackie's classes for a little over a month now and have really noticed a difference in my fitness levels. I used to join gyms and "get out of the habit" of going so would eventually give up! I now find myself looking forward to going to the gym because every class is slightly different, she may use different techniques and try new things that keep you interested and motivated. You can tell she enjoys her job and constantly has a smile on her face! Now lets get me into that wedding dress!

Jackie is very meticulous and takes her class seriously. She follows procedures and requires the same from members. The routine was a challenge and she also encouraged members to go at their own pace too. Jackie is a fantastic instructor. She is very hands on and monitors members to ensure that they carry out the exercises correctly. The class was very good overall. The effects of the workout was certainly felt while I was doing it and the day after. I really got stuck in and Jackie is very good at motivating members. She walks around the studio after giving visual demonstrations and corrects people as well as encourages them. This is a wonderful approach, as at times, we do need that extra push and encouragement. A fantastic class and a thorough and efficient instructor. Spectacular!

I've been attending Jackie's power pump classes since October and have really seen a difference in my strength and stamina. I can lift more weight and leave her classes more energized now. Jackie is a great fitness instructor.. always letting me know when I can do more weight or push me to do that last rep when I myself may want to take it easy. Jackie is a brilliant instructor. I've been at her Power Pump class since it started and 6 months on I can now do things I never believed my body would be able to do.
